Realme Set to Launch New 5G Phones in India
Realme is all set to launch its latest smartphones — the Realme 15 5G and Realme 15 Pro 5G — in India today, July 24 at 7 PM. These phones are the next version of the Realme 14 Pro 5G series, which launched in January 2025. The new series promises advanced features, improved performance, and powerful AI tools.
Expected Price and Colors
The Realme 15 5G is expected to cost between ₹18,000 and ₹20,000 for the base version. It will come in Flowing Silver, Silk Pink, and Velvet Green colors.
The Realme 15 Pro 5G has a leaked box price of ₹39,999, but the final price may be around ₹35,000. It will be available in Flowing Silver, Silk Purple, and Velvet Green.
Both phones are likely to be sold on Realme’s official website and Flipkart.
Display and Performance
Both models are said to feature a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate, 2,500Hz touch sampling, and 6,500 nits peak brightness. The screen has a curved design and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.
The Realme 15 Pro 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip (built on 4nm tech). It will support several AI features, including AI Edit Genie, AI Party, and tools to improve gaming such as GT Boost 3.0 and Gaming Coach 2.0.
The Realme 15 5G will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300+ processor. Both phones are expected to ship with Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 15.
Camera Features
The Realme 15 5G will come with a 50MP dual rear camera. The Pro model will have a triple camera setup, led by a Sony IMX896 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). Both front and rear cameras on the Pro model will support 4K video recording at 60fps.
