Mahindra Construction Equipment introduced its new COMPAX mini compactor at the EXCON 2025 exhibition held at BIEC, Bengaluru. The event, organised by CII, brought together major players from the construction industry, and Mahindra drew attention with its latest road construction machine along with its existing CEV-V range.
The new COMPAX mini compactor has been designed to support India’s growing road construction and infrastructure needs. The machine is built for tough conditions and aims to help contractors complete compaction tasks faster and more efficiently. According to Dr. Venkat Srinivas, the Business Head for Mahindra Truck, Bus and Construction Equipment, Mahindra’s machines are known for strong technology, great fuel efficiency, and reliability. He said that the COMPAX continues this tradition and is expected to increase profits and productivity for customers. He also highlighted Mahindra’s deep understanding of India’s infrastructure challenges and its focus on indigenous manufacturing.
Mahindra Construction Equipment already has a strong presence in the motor grader market with more than 18 percent share through its RoadMaster series. Its EarthMaster Backhoe Loader supports the earthmoving segment, further strengthening the company’s position in the construction equipment industry.
Across India, Mahindra Construction Equipment operates 136 touchpoints, which include showrooms, service centers, sales outlets, and spare parts stores. These help customers access service and support quickly. The company also offers a one-year or 2,000-hour warranty on its machines, showing confidence in their durability.
All Mahindra construction machines are manufactured at the company’s facility in Chakan, Pune. The brand follows the philosophy of “Made in India, Made for India,” focusing on creating machines suited to Indian working conditions.
