Landmark London Adopts IRIS to Upgrade In-Room Dining

The Landmark London has partnered with IRIS to modernise its room service operations, improve efficiency and increase food and beverage order volumes. The luxury five-star hotel selected IRIS Mobile Ordering to give guests more control over their stay while helping staff manage rising demand more smoothly.

Located in Marylebone, The Landmark London is known for its grand glass-roofed atrium, luxury rooms and award-winning dining. With more guests expecting fast and easy digital services, the hotel looked for a solution that could simplify ordering, remove communication barriers and support its in-room dining team during busy periods.

IRIS Mobile Ordering allows guests to browse menus, customise dishes and place orders directly from their devices. This has been especially helpful for international guests, including Arabic-speaking visitors, who may feel uncomfortable ordering by phone in English. Digital ordering removes this hesitation and improves confidence.

According to Martina Cervenakova, In Room Dining Manager at The Landmark London, the system has transformed daily operations. She said the team managed over 100 orders in a single shift thanks to IRIS, something that would have been difficult without the platform. Orders are now faster, more accurate and easier to handle.

To encourage use, the hotel introduced elegant QR code gold cubes in guest rooms. These link not only to menus but also to hotel information, spa services and restaurant guides, reducing the need for printed materials and supporting sustainability goals.

Since adopting IRIS, the hotel has seen higher average spend on digital orders, faster service, improved staff efficiency and greater guest satisfaction. Orders flow directly to the kitchen and POS, freeing staff to focus on preparation and service quality.

IRIS said the partnership reflects The Landmark London’s commitment to modern guest experiences and long-term revenue growth.
