Balqis Capital has announced the launch of its new private credit offering called Plan Series Notes, aimed at investors seeking stable and predictable returns. The investment programme went live on February 3, 2026, and is available only through private, invitation-only placement.
The Plan Series Notes have a fixed tenure of 24 months and offer returns ranging from 8% to 12%, depending on the size of the investment. Returns are paid twice a year, in June and December. The company says this structure is designed to suit income-focused investors such as family offices and institutions that want options beyond traditional stock and bond markets.
This private credit plan focuses on diversified debt exposure and is supported by a well-established litigation funding strategy. The process involves careful selection and screening of cases, mainly related to corporate disputes and arbitration matters. Historically, investments under this strategy have lasted between six months and three years, with an average investment-to-payout period of about 24 months.
To strengthen the structure, Balqis Capital has partnered with a leading international law firm. Under this model, the law firm manages the legal process and ensures independent and timely distribution of proceeds to investors, adding an extra layer of transparency and efficiency.
Balqis Capital Director Adam Vollans said private credit is now a key part of modern investment portfolios. He explained that the Plan Series Notes offer a disciplined and structured opportunity with fixed returns and strong case monitoring. Vollans also said the company has already seen strong investor interest even before the official launch, showing rising demand for private market access.
The strategy’s track record shows a high rate of case settlements and strong returns over the past twelve years. A current portfolio snapshot includes cases across several countries such as Singapore, Ireland, China, Korea, and Thailand, covering arbitration and enforcement disputes.
Balqis Capital believes the timing of this launch is ideal to support investor portfolios in 2026.
