Mahindra Logistics Ltd. has launched Alyte, a premium tech-enabled mobility service, for commuters in Delhi NCR. Introduced on August 11, 2025, Alyte replaces the company’s earlier Meru brand, bringing enhanced features, electric vehicle (EV) options, and a stronger focus on consumer needs.
The platform offers airport transfers, in-city rides, and outstation travel via a dedicated mobile app. Customers can expect assured bookings, transparent surge-free pricing, zero cancellations, and round-the-clock human customer support. Real-time GPS tracking and secure digital payments ensure a smooth and safe ride experience.
Alyte operates in two categories: Alyte Privé, which features premium EVs for eco-conscious travellers, and Alyte Select, offering sedans and SUVs for regular travel. All chauffeurs undergo professional training to maintain consistent service standards.
This launch represents Mahindra Logistics’ move from its traditional B2B mobility operations into the consumer market. Earlier, the company’s Mobility Enterprise Solutions division served only corporate clients. With Alyte, it consolidates all people mobility services under a single brand, aiming to cater to both business and personal travel needs.
Mahindra Logistics plans to expand Alyte to other major hubs, including Noida International Airport, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The company already serves over 400 corporate customers in sectors like automotive, engineering, consumer goods, and e-commerce through its integrated logistics network.
Hemant Sikka, Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Logistics Limited, said India’s mobility industry is “at an inflection point,” requiring higher standards in safety, comfort, reliability, and service excellence. The emphasis on EV adoption reflects the company’s commitment to sustainability while meeting evolving commuter expectations.
Part of the Mahindra Group, Mahindra Logistics benefits from the group’s global presence, with over 260,000 employees in more than 100 countries. Mahindra Group holds leadership positions in farm equipment, utility vehicles, and financial services, among other sectors.
With Alyte, Mahindra Logistics is not just replacing a taxi brand—it is redefining premium urban mobility with a blend of comfort, technology, and eco-friendly options, setting a new benchmark for ride services in India’s fast-growing transport ecosystem.
