Pavna Industries Limited has taken another step to grow its business by buying 1.89 acres of land near Jewar Airport in Uttar Pradesh. The announcement was made on August 26, 2025, through a business update shared with stock exchanges. Pavna is listed on both NSE and BSE under the codes PAVNAIND and 543915.

The new land purchase is part of Pavna’s long-term expansion plan in one of India’s fastest-developing industrial corridors. According to the company, this move will help increase manufacturing capacity and support its growing client base across different vehicle categories.
Managing Director Swapnil Jain said that every land purchase near Jewar Airport is a careful step toward building more capacity and creating value. He explained that the new site strengthens Pavna’s plan to build a scalable manufacturing ecosystem as the airport region grows into an industrial hub.
Strong Manufacturing and Global Reach
Pavna Industries, earlier known as Pavna Locks Limited, was founded in April 1994. The company makes automotive components for many types of vehicles including passenger cars, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and off-road vehicles.
It currently operates manufacturing plants in Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh), Aurangabad (Maharashtra), and Pantnagar (Uttarakhand). Its wide range of products includes ignition switches, fuel tank caps, auto locks, latches, oil pumps, throttle bodies, switches, fuel cocks, and casting components.
Pavna’s customers include some of the biggest names in the automobile industry such as Bajaj, Honda, TVS, Mahindra, Escorts, Royal Enfield, Ashok Leyland, and Eicher Motors.
The company also has a strong export network. Its products are shipped to countries including Italy, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Sudan, the United States, and Bangladesh. Pavna supports its product development with in-house research and technical partnerships, including a joint venture with Taiwan’s Sunworld Moto Industrial Co.
