ZTE is reportedly working on a new smartphone called the ZTE Blade V80 Vita, which could soon join the company’s Blade lineup. Though ZTE has not officially announced the phone yet, a leaked render has surfaced online, hinting at its design and features.
According to well-known tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks), the leaked image shows the ZTE Blade V80 Vita in a blue finish. The phone appears to have a sleek design with thin bezels, rounded corners, and a hole-punch cutout for the front camera. The overall look is very similar to Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro, especially with its camera arrangement and flat-edged frame.
The rear panel of the phone sports a wide rectangular camera island that stretches almost across the entire width of the back. This module houses a triple rear camera setup and an LED flash placed on the right. Interestingly, the bottom corner of the camera island has a red circle with the word “Neo” inscribed in it — a design detail that adds a distinct touch to the phone.
The right side of the ZTE Blade V80 Vita seems to include a red power button and volume controls, while the left edge holds the SIM tray and possibly a customizable button. At the bottom, users can spot a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack, which will appeal to those who still prefer wired earphones.
While there is no word yet on the official launch date, price, or specifications, reports suggest that the V80 Vita will likely be an affordable mid-range device, improving upon the ZTE Blade V70 launched in November last year.
The earlier Blade V70 came with a 6.7-inch display, 5,000mAh battery, 108-megapixel main camera, and up to 8GB RAM with 256GB storage. The new Blade V80 Vita could feature similar specifications with upgraded design elements and better performance.
More details about the ZTE Blade V80 Vita’s specs, camera features, and release timeline are expected to appear soon as the company prepares for its official launch.
