Vivo T4 Ultra Launched in India With Dimensity 9300+ SoC

Vivo launched the T4 Ultra in India on Wednesday. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset and features a 5,500mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging. It sports a triple rear camera setup, led by a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. The device boasts a 1.5K quad-curved AMOLED display with a local peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits. The T4 Ultra also includes various AI-powered imaging and productivity features, along with support for Google’s Circle to Search functionality.

Vivo T4 Ultra Price in India, Availability

The Vivo T4 Ultra is priced in India starting at Rs. 37,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The 12GB + 256GB model is priced at Rs. 39,999, while the top-end 12GB + 512GB version costs Rs. 41,999. The smartphone will be available in two colour options—Meteor Grey and Phoenix Gold. Sales will begin on June 18 through Flipkart, the Vivo India e-store, and select offline retail outlets across the country.

Specifications, Features

The Vivo T4 Ultra features a 6.67-inch 1.5K (1,260×2,800 pixels) quad-curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 5,000 nits local peak brightness. It also offers a 2,160Hz PWM dimming rate, HDR10+ support, and carries SGS Low Blue Light Certification.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. It runs on FuntouchOS 15 based on Android 15.

In terms of optics, the Vivo T4 Ultra sports a triple rear camera setup. This includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary sensor with OIS and an f/1.88 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera offering up to 3x optical zoom, 10x telephoto macro zoom, and 100x digital zoom. The periscope camera also supports both OIS and EIS. For selfies and video calls, the phone includes a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.

The device is backed by a 5,500mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging. Connectivity options include dual nano SIM, 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi, OTG, GPS with NavIC, and a USB Type-C port. It also features an in-display optical fingerprint scanner for biometric security.

The T4 Ultra supports Google’s Circle to Search and offers several AI-powered tools like AI Note Assist, AI Erase, AI Transcript Assist, and AI Call Translation. It comes with an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.

In terms of dimensions, the Meteor Grey model measures 160.5 x 75.02 x 7.43mm and weighs 192g, while the Phoenix Gold variant is slightly thicker at 7.45mm and weighs 193g.
