Motorola has launched its latest smartphone, the Moto G86 Power 5G, in India. It comes with powerful features, including a massive 6,720mAh battery, a 50-megapixel Sony camera, and support for fast 5G connectivity. The phone is priced at Rs. 17,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant.
Strong Build and Display
The Moto G86 Power 5G sports a 6.7-inch Super HD AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This screen supports HDR10+ and offers up to 4,500 nits of brightness, which makes it great for outdoor viewing. It is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i, and the phone is available in three stylish colours — Cosmic Sky, Golden Cypress, and Spellbound — all with vegan leather backs.
The phone also comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings, meaning it can handle dust and water. It also has MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability certification for extra toughness.
Great Cameras and Performance
The Moto G86 Power 5G features a triple rear camera setup. The main camera is a 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA-600 sensor, paired with an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera that also works as a macro shooter. There’s also a flicker sensor for better lighting control. On the front, there’s a 32-megapixel selfie camera, ideal for selfies and video calls.
The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chip built on the 4nm process, ensuring smooth performance. It comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card. It runs on Android 15 with Hello UI.
Battery and Connectivity
One of the phone’s biggest highlights is its 6,720mAh battery, which supports 33W fast charging. Other features include dual stereo speakers with Dolby Audio, Hi-Res Audio, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and USB Type-C.
The Moto G86 Power 5G will go on sale from August 6 on the Motorola India website and Flipkart.
